A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking details, fare, and travel arrangements have been communicated and accepted.
Submitting a booking enquiry does not automatically confirm a reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy

A refund of up to 50% is a maximum, not a guaranteed refund. Some cancellations may qualify for a different refund amount, where required by applicable law or the agreed booking terms.
No refund will be denied where a refund is required under applicable law.

Once a cancellation and refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will inform the customer of the approved amount and the expected processing procedure.
Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, where appropriate. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Booking Changes and Rescheduling
Customers who wish to change their travel date, pickup time, destination, or preferred vehicle should contact us as early as possible.
All changes are subject to vehicle availability and operational feasibility. Additional charges or fare differences may apply, and the revised arrangements will be communicated before confirmation.
6. Cancellation by Bandhan Tours & Travels
If Bandhan Tours & Travels is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and discuss suitable alternatives or an appropriate refund in accordance with the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
